Eric is a driver of purpose, people and technology, a visionary who has inspired diverse teams across 17 African countries to come together in one of the biggest collaborated startups in Africa (KuBitX). 

A dedicated humanist with a strong conviction on empathy, kindness and compassion in everything Eric is involved in.

Eric has worked as a key account holder at Huawei Technology Ghana from 2011-2014 and built from scratch two major revenue pipelines for the company with Airtel and Tigo Ghana to the tune of $1.5m monthly receivables.

Eric is currently leading a mission-driven team at Aya in building and connecting African digital skilled talents to the talent global marketplace.
